Job Description
  • Would be required to provide solutions, handle enquiries and to submit quotations on new and existing products
  • Would be responsible for the processing of quotes for customers
  • Candidate should be target driven and able to work under pressure
  • Would be responsible for the processing of orders for customers
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers regarding the status of their orders
  • Required Qualifications
  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate
  • CompTIA N+ required
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Degree or Diploma)
  • Required Experience
  • 1 – 2 Years Sales/Marketing or Customer Service experience will be an advantage Experience with CRM system e.g. SAP
  • Experience in the IT/ICT Industry
  • Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VOIP, Surveillance, Internal Sales or a Call Centre environment (Advantageous)
  • Other Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics
  • Show ability to communicate effectively
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess Problem-Solving skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Deadline driven
