Splynx is installed on a cloud-based infrastructure, but it can also be hosted on an on-premise server. In either case, the server fee will be included in the license subscription and is based on active user volume. This approach ensures service efficiency and automation for cloud installations, while also providing prompt assistance for server-related inquiries (server migration, backup recovery, etc.) for customers hosting Splynx on-premise.

The pricing breakdown is as follows: 

At Splynx, our pricing follows a tiered structure, where your license cost is determined by the tier you fall into, considering all previous tiers. Here's how it works:

• For up to 1,000 subscribers, the rate is $0.55 per subscriber.
• For 1,001 to 5,000 subscribers, the rate decreases to $0.44 per subscriber.
• For 5,001 to 10,000 subscribers, the rate further reduces to $0.33 per subscriber.
• Beyond 10,000 subscribers, up to 50,000, the rate is $0.165 per subscriber.

It's important to note that if your subscriber count reaches a higher tier, your license cost is calculated based on all the tiers you've passed through. This tiered pricing model ensures that as your subscriber base grows, your license costs remain competitive and scalable, enabling you to manage expenses effectively while benefiting from the comprehensive services Splynx provides.

Additionally, a 10% discount is provided to all customers who sign up through Miro.
