Job Description
  • Successfully promote company product portfolio, achieve brand development, and sales targets and uphold ideal & profitable stock levels
  • Development of Brand Strategy
  • Product Marketing & Brand Development
  • Product Lifecycle & Stockholding Management
  • Compliance Management of Brands
  • Vendor Relations
  • Customer Relations & Advocacy
  • Cross-functional Collaboration with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Technical, etc)
  • Internal Sales & Technical training on brands, products and solutions
  • The desired candidate should be presentable, able to work under pressure and have strong brand development, sales, administration, and communication skills.
  • Preferred, but not critical: Bi-lingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Project management skills
  • Strong understanding of distribution operations
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle
  • Own reliable transportation is required.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (A+, N+, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, etc.)
  • Required Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years product management experience
  • Experience with CRM systems such as SAP
  • Product/Solutions experience in IP Networks (Wired & Wireless) and Surveillance and Security Solutions
  • Dealing with International vendors
  • Dealing with local business product decision-makers
  • Other Relevant & Relatable Product knowledge
  • Other Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics
  • Show the ability to communicate effectively
  • Possess strong interpersonal and Problem-Solving skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Deadline driven
  • Leadership skills and excellent Communication Skills
