Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement and Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and reactivating relationships with dormant customers and fostering their continued loyalty to our brand, MiRO.
Required Qualifications
Grade 12/Matric Certificate.
Relevant degree/diploma advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Required Experience
Previous experience in an outbound internal sales or call centre environment.
Previous experience in customer reactivation, account management, or sales.
Experience working with CRM software and MS Office suite.
Other Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-orientated with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in being able to analyse data.
Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving within specific deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
