Job Description
  • We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement and Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and reactivating relationships with dormant customers and fostering their continued loyalty to our brand, MiRO.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate.
  • Relevant degree/diploma advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Required Experience
  • Previous experience in an outbound internal sales or call centre environment.
  • Previous experience in customer reactivation, account management, or sales.
  • Experience working with CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Other Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Detail-orientated with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in being able to analyse data.
  • Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving within specific deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
