Using the 5 GHz frequency spectrum, the ePMP 2000 covers major unlicensed global bands and is the most effective connectivity solution for the world’s under- and unconnected. 

Scalable

The ePMP 2000 is able to connect 10 x SM’s/CPE’s, which is upgradable to 120 SM’s with a once off licence. Advanced, scalable scheduling mechanism supports up to 120 subscribers without degrading overall system performance. 

Hypure technology:

• Intelligent Filtering

Intelligent Filtering improves both receive and transmit performance. It protects the network from off-channel interferers with a filter that dynamically moves around the channel. On the transmit side, it protects the RF environment by reducing off-channel transmission noise.

• Smart Beamforming

Smart Beamforming drastically reduces the effects of on-channel interference. The System learns the location of each served Subscriber Module (SM) and forms a narrow beam towards the desired SM while that radio is transmitting in the uplink. This reduces the gain on the uplink for on-channel interferers that are transmitting at an azimuth angle different to that of the SM, delivering great performance gains. 

New compact, high-performance Sector Antenna

With a compact design featuring a clip-on ePMP Access Point and ePMP 2000 Smart Antenna mounting, a very high Front-to-Back Ratio of 35 dB, and a wide frequency range, the ePMP Sector Antenna is the perfect partner for the ePMP 2000 access point. The ePMP Sector Antenna also features null fill, to allow subscribers at all ranges from the access point to connect with excellent performance. Gain across the wide frequency range is consistent, taking the guesswork out of installations – performance can also be simulated in Cambium Networks LINKPlanner. The net effect of these features provides for easy installation and excellent consistent performance.
