Have you ever gone on a business trip and discovered that the hotel room you’ve booked only offers Internet access for one device via a single Ethernet port? Or what about when you urgently need to communicate with your colleagues via Skype but the wireless signal is too poor?
Introducing the mAP Lite from MikroTik
It’s barely larger than a matchbox
The mAP lite is MikroTik’s smallest wireless access point, they even had to redesign the ethernet port so that it’s easy to carry and perfect for travel.
You can carry it anywhere
You can use it as a travel router to extend the hotel internet to all your devices, or as a client device to improve your laptop signal range.
Configure your servers
The mAP lite can also serve as a wireless access point for applications where you need to access a server or device without built-in wireless. Just plug the mAP Lite into the server using the ethernet port and connect wirelessly to the device with your netbook.
2.4 GHz
The mAP lite is a dual chain 802.11 b/g/n device and operates in 2.4 GHz.
