RADWIN recently released the 750Mbps RADWIN 5000 Jet base station and 100/250Mbps subscriber units supporting up to QAM 256 and 80MHz channel bandwidth. The RADWIN 5000 Jet is perfect for high sites that is overcrowded with multiple Point-to-Point radios. One RADWIN 5000 Jet base station can replace three 250 Mbps Point-to-Point links when used with the new 250 Mbps subscriber units. The RADWIN 5000 Jet is also backward compatible with existing RADWIN subscriber units (10/25/50Mbps) for the ideal Point-to-MultiPoint solution. The RADWIN 5000 Jet now comes standard with a built-in GPS receiver for inter-site synchronization. The RADWIN 5000 Jet  has a built-in 20dBi smart beamforming antenna that can connect to RADWIN subscriber units in near-line of sight applications up to 40km away. RADWIN 5000 JET beamforming antenna is formed from an array of antenna elements that are combined to generate a narrow and steerable beam.
