With our complimentary Link Planning offering, you will get the relevant information to make Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint installation a breeze.
Link planning is a pre-sale, value-added service that we offer to all our registered business partners. Wireless installation requires a tremendous amount of planning even before a site survey or inspection is done for optimal location, clear line of sight and what the best equipment or brand will be based on your customer’s data demands.
With information such as installation height, and operating frequency, specifically for Point-to-Point links, either 11GHz, 17GHz or higher we can provide valuable installation information such as:
- A required Bill of Materials – based on the link planning output.
- Installation information such as:
a. Azimuth or the horizontal degrees the radio needs to be installed.
b. Elevation or uptilt down-tilt degrees for installation.
c. Expected throughput based on channel bandwidth and
d. Expected RSSI or Receive Signal Strength
e. Path profile based on Terrain Data and much more.
All this information will help your installers reduce time in the field by having a set of clear guidelines to install, and point link devices together.
So, if you are planning a new base station with connected stations to increase your network footprint or need the best possible backhaul solution, our team of technical experts can assist with Link Planning to provide you with the best information and solution. Did we mention that this is a complimentary service to our registered business partners?
