How many devices can connect to my TP-Link Wi-Fi router?
This limit can vary depending on the model of the TP-Link router. Most routers support between 20 and 50 devices. Models such as the AX1500, AX1800, and AX3000 can accommodate more connected devices due to MU-MIMO and band-steering technology.
Where can I download the latest TP-Link firmware updates?
TP-Link firmware can be downloaded from TP-Link’s Support page.
How can I find the hardware version of a TP-Link device?
Some TP-Link products have multiple hardware versions, indicated by a version number (e.g., V1, V2). For most TP-Link products, you can find the version number on the label on the back or bottom of the device. For products like TP-Link USB adapters, it may be engraved on the device. Alternatively, for products with a management interface, you can locate the version number on the Web GUI.
How can I use energy monitoring with the TP-Link plug in SmartThings?

What is Agile ACS?
TP-Link’s free Agile ACS Remote Management Server (TR-069) allows for remote configuration, performance monitoring, firmware updates, and troubleshooting. ISPs only need to meet basic hardware requirements to host a Linux-based server, while TP-Link provides the software. To apply for this solution, register your requirements on TP-Link’s local portal at https://agile.tp-link.com/za/ or email support@miro.co.za for assistance.
What is Agile Configuration?
TP-Link’s Agile Configuration feature is exclusive to their Agile Configuration range of Wi-Fi routers. This feature allows ISPs to set up a default configuration (referred to as the "ISP configuration") in batches. When an end-user presses the reset button, the router will automatically revert to the ISP configuration, reducing support calls and callouts. Agile Configuration units also support white labelling on the user interface (UI). If you have Agile Configuration devices and wish to use this feature, please contact support@miro.co.za so that we can provide the necessary program files.

What is Agile ACS?
TP-Link’s free Agile ACS Remote Management Server (TR-069) allows for remote configuration, performance monitoring, firmware updates, and troubleshooting. What is Agile Configuration?
TP-Link’s Agile Configuration feature is exclusive to their Agile Configuration range of Wi-Fi routers. This feature allows ISPs to set up a default configuration (referred to as the "ISP configuration") in batches. When an end-user presses the reset button, the router will automatically revert to the ISP configuration, reducing support calls and callouts. Agile Configuration units also support white labelling on the user interface (UI). If you have Agile Configuration devices and wish to use this feature, please contact support@miro.co.za so that we can provide the necessary program files.
