The well-established EtherHaul-1200FX radio features industry-leading reliability as well as reduced hardware size and cost. The small form factor lowers installation costs and the high reliability reduces site visits. [...]
Many Wi-Fi routers can only transmit or receive multiple streams of data to a single device at a time. Should multiple users simultaneously connect to a single router it can cause congestion as the router can only serve the first user’s request while all other users trying to connect will have to wait. [...]

Other benefits of Mimosa’s MicroPOP solution include; fibre-like speeds, lower costs and seamless installation as well as cloud management. [...]
When deploying a large number of routers, there are some configuration issues that can be time-consuming and costly for ISPs. An identified issue is the tedious task of having to manually configure each individual router, which they provided to their clients, according to their own configuration requirements. Another issue that ISP’s deal with is when users intentionally or unintentionally hit the reset button on these routers. Once the rest button is pressed the router will revert back to its default factory configurations. The ISP would then have to reconfigure the router either by going out to the client’s house or by telephonically providing the client with lengthy step-by-step guidance on how to reconfigure the router. [...]

As Wireless internet service provider (WISPs) try to keep up with the ever-growing demand for connectivity, hundreds of radios are deployed with zero respect for sustainability and result in massive amounts of noise. This noise is usually the result of Radio Frequency (RF) signals that travel too far, in unwanted directions or with wrong signal timing. In spite of this noise, WISPs still continue to deploy out-dated gear in unsustainable ways, creating wireless networks that will never perform as they should. [...]

Voice over IP (VoIP) offers major improvements to traditional communication networks, and as a result, legacy analogue phone systems are on their way out. Ten years ago, 80% of homes had landlines, but today that number is down to 43%— and businesses are following this trend as well. Traditional analogue communication systems were commonly used when users only had the need to use one line for one conversation at a time and used only one phone number. This system used older technology, such as copper phone lines to transmit analogue voice data. [...]
